Mr. Montgomery is a certified Instructor Trainer # IT-3336
thru  the International Diving Educators Association (IDEA).
He also holds the rating of Dive Control Specialist Instructor,
# DCSI-6846 thru Scuba Schools International. In addition,
he holds a Level 4,Instructor Trainer rating with the Public Safety Diving
Association, PSDA #  IT-384 This agency's primary focus is
on training and development of fire,police and rescue
personnel in Search & Recovery methods ,acquatic crime scene
recognition and evaluation.

Mr. Montgomery has logged more than 1650 dives in local
lakes and quarries, as well as Grand Cayman, Aruba,Bonaire,
St. Thomas, St. Martin, Martinique,Barbatos,Bahamas,Curacao,
Dominica.Cozumel, Cayman Brac,Florida Key's, Springs and
Aquafers..to mention a few.
Mr. Montgomery is credentialed to Train and Certify Students from Open
Water Diver thru Master Instructor.

Both Bill and Colleen are exceptional professionals, who dive
year round in local waters as well as the warm waters of Aruba,
Cayman Brac, Bonaire & San Cabo.As highly experienced divers &
travelers..they average about 100 dives per year..in a variety of
challanging waters.  Both are committed to diver safety and doing
things right.  Their compassion and understanding helps insure
that each student gets all the help and support they need to make
learning to scuba dive an enjoyable & rewarding experience!

Special Congradulations!!  Bill Strayer has recently completed his
Open Water Instructor Certification..and will be working towards
his Advanced rating this summer.
